個人簡介
劉泉,醫學博士,南方科技大學醫學院聯合黨委副書記、醫學院聯合分工會主席、中國生物醫學工程學會免疫治療工程分會移植免疫專業委員會副主任委員、副教授、研究員、副主任醫師,博士生導師。劉泉博士于哈爾濱醫科大學獲醫學學士(2002)、碩士(2005)、博士(2011)學位。歷任哈爾濱醫科大學附屬第二醫院心臟大血管外科住院醫師、主治醫師、副主任醫師。2009年至2017年,在匹茲堡大學Thomas E. Starzl移植研究所從事移植免疫學、炎癥調控和IL-33免疫生物學等方面科學研究。2007和2008年兩次獲得黑龍江省科學技術二等獎,2013年獲美國移植協會(AST)和美國移植外科醫生協會(ASTS)聯合頒發的青年科學家獎。移植免疫學研究成果被寫入經典免疫學教材Janeway’s Immunobiology (10th Ed, 2022)。
研究領域
1、腫瘤免疫及免疫治療。
2、神經-免疫-代謝的相互作用,特別是上皮細胞因子(如IL-33)、神經遞質(如CGRP、NMU、NE等)等對ILC及Treg的免疫生物學作用;
3、移植免疫。
主要科學發現
1、以移植物內供者樹突狀細胞為例,證明了供者細胞產生的外泌體是移植抗原提呈半直接途徑的物質基礎。
2、發現了移植物內受者來源的抗原提呈細胞維持移植排斥反應的作用。
3、發現了急性肺損傷過程中Treg和IL-33對組織修復的調節作用。
科研成果
1、關于移植抗原提呈機制的研究成果,被寫入2022年7月出版的經典免疫學教材Janeway’s Immunobiology, 10th Ed (Chapter 15 Autoimmunity and Transplantation, Section 21 Alloreactive T cells reject transplanted organs by direct and indirect allorecognition)。
2、論文發表:發表SCI論文22篇,其中IF>20的期刊收錄3篇,影響因子>10的期刊收錄6篇,Nature Index期刊收錄5篇。中文發表論文6篇。
3、基金項目:曾主持國家自然科學基金青年基金1項,已順利結題;現主持國家自然科學基金面上項目1項。
