老師們、同學們：

自新冠肺炎疫情發生以來，全校師生員工上下同心，時刻繃緊疫情防控這根弦，有效落實各項防控要求，確保廣大師生生命安全和身體健康，確保學校教學科研各項工作正常有序開展。當前，疫情防控正處在關鍵階段，全校上下要繼續以最堅決、最果斷、最嚴格、最全面、最徹底的防控措施，落實疫情應對處置各項工作。為此，我們向全校師生員工提出以下倡議：

一、充分認識疫情防控的復雜性、嚴峻性和持續性，堅決克服麻痹思想、厭戰情緒，慎終如始，遵守疫情防控各項規定，毫不松懈做好常態化條件下疫情防控工作。

二、做好個人防護，科學佩戴口罩。主動配合開展體溫監測、出示校園卡等必要查驗手段。做好個人及辦公學習空間消毒清潔，定期開窗通風。做好廢棄口罩處理。保持正常社交距離，避免人員聚集，盡量組織或參加線上會議、活動。為確保自身安全健康，及時接種新冠疫苗。每日按時填報學校健康情況申報系統信息。按照“非必要不外出”的原則，主動報備離校離深事宜。

三、密切關注權威渠道的疫情信息，對未經證實信息不造謠、不信謠、不傳謠，增強自我保護意識，提升自我保護能力，維護社會和諧穩定。

四、切實發揮好基層黨組織戰斗堡壘作用和廣大黨員先鋒模范作用。提高政治站位，切實做好嚴明紀律的踐行者；強化責任擔當，切實做好履職盡責的戰斗員；密切聯系師生，切實做好防控政策的宣傳員。讓黨旗在學校疫情防控和各項事業發展一線高高飄揚，堅決守護好廣大師生員工的生命安全和身體健康。

疫情就是命令，防控就是責任。目前正是疫情防控的關鍵時期，讓我們迅速行動起來，進一步筑牢疫情防控戰線，以一失萬無的底線思維堅決打贏疫情處置這場硬仗，以實際行動慶祝中國共產黨成立100周年！

Initiatives to All Students, Faculty and Staff

Dear all,

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, all SUSTech members have stood as one to carry on measures against the virus, which ensures the safety and well being of the SUSTech community and the normal operations of teaching and research. Now, the campaign against the pandemic has entered a critical period which requires the whole university to continue to stay alert and implement the strictest, safest and most thorough prevention and control measures. To this end, we propose:

I．All departments should fully aware of the complexity, severity and continuity of the pandemic and always stay alert and act on the existing guidelines and protocols on COVID-19 prevention and control.

II. All members of Sustech should enhance personal protection and wear masks and please cooperate with measures for COVID-19 control such as taking temperature and presenting your campus card at the gates of the university. Also, all people should disinfect, clean and ventilate your room and office regularly and maintain social distance, and organize or participate in online meetings and events instead of offline ones and receive the COVID-19 vaccine in a timely manner to protect your safety and health. Fill in the daily health report on time. Please do not go outside of the campus or leave Shenzhen unless it is absolutely necessary and if you really need to, please report to the related department.

III. All members should pay close attention to news of the pandemic in authoritative channels. To maintain social stability and harmony, please do not create rumors, believe rumors or spread rumors about unconfirmed information.

IV. Grass-roots CPC organizations and CPC members shall play their significant roles in the battle against the pandemic, perform their duties, and keep close contacts with faculty and students to safeguard the wellbeing of the SUSTech community.

Together, we stand. At this critical time, let’s unit as one to fight against COVID-19!
