個人簡介:
梁征宇2012年本科畢業于華中科技大學生物信息技術專業,2018年博士畢業于清華大學生物學專業(導師張奇偉教授),2018-2023年于加州大學圣地亞哥分校細胞與分子醫學系從事博士后研究(導師付向東教授),于2023年4月全職回國加入南方科技大學生命科學學院,擔任助理教授,博士生導師,獨立課題組長(PI)。
梁征宇博士致力于功能基因組學的研究,運用生物信息學及細胞和分子生物學方法,研究基因組三維空間結構、基因轉錄調控、RNA代謝及功能等系列科學問題,特別是研究腫瘤中染色體外DNA(extrachromosomal DNA)的結構與功能,以第一作者(含共同)身份在Cell、Circulation、Nature Communication、Cell Reports等國際期刊上發表研究論文多篇。
