個人簡介:
龍艷萍,南方科技大學研究副教授。2007年本科畢業于西北農林科技大學,2015年博士畢業于中國科學院遺傳與發育生物學研究所,2016年加入南方科技大學生物系翟繼先課題組從事博士后研究并工作至今。2022年植物生物學女科學家學術交流會“優秀女青年獎”獲獎人?,F主要方向為基于高通量測序技術的植物單細胞測序和三代長測序技術的開發和應用以及基因表達調控機制相關研究。主導開發植物單細胞核全長測序技術FlsnRNA-seq、單分子水平全長新生RNA分析方法FLEP-seq以及用于擬南芥基因組多位點相互作用及關聯甲基化修飾的Pore-C 技術。目前已以第一作者(含共同)和共同通訊作者在Nature Plants、Nature protocols、PNAS、Genome Biology、Plant Biotechnology Journal和New Phytologist等國際主流學術期刊上發表多篇高水平研究論文。
