師資
郭書祥,日本工程院院士,IEEE Fellow, 長江學者,國家特聘專家,現任南方科技大學電子與電氣工程系講席教授。曾就職日本國立香川大學機電工程系30余年,作為該大學終身教授。作為國家特聘專家在北京理工大學多年。主持省部級以上課題10余項,包括科技部863課題和日本國文部科學省重點科研項目(相當于中國科技部973項目)。作為第一完成人獲得省部級二等獎5項,另獲10余次IEEE 國際會議最佳論文獎。目前研究方向為微機器人技術、血管檢查微系統、醫療生物用遙控微操作系統等醫學機器人,智能水下機器人等。培養了碩士、博士以及博士后100余名,其中多名在國內外著名大學任教,包括日本大阪大學,加拿大滑鐵盧大學、中國北京理工大學,哈爾濱工業大學等。任多個國際期刊編委及大會主席,目前為IEEE ICMA國際會議的執行主席以及《IJMA (機電一體化和自動化)國際雜志》主編等學術職務。

博士后待遇
1.根據個人的科研資歷,年薪不少于30萬元,其中深圳市財政生活補貼12萬元/年(免稅)在完成開題考核和中期考核就可以分別申領。特別優秀候選人可以申請校長卓越博士后,年薪可達50萬元以上。(含廣東省及深圳市補助);
2.享受五險一金、餐補、過節費、免費體檢等福利待遇,課題組根據具體科研工作業績情況,為博士后提供相應的科研績效獎勵;
