個人簡介
李攜曦博士，曾任加拿大麥吉爾大學博士后和香港大學研究助理教授，現任南方科技大學副教授，入選深圳市“孔雀計劃”B類人才。研究方向集中寬禁帶半導體器件與集成相關領域，在國際學術期刊和國際會議論文集上累計發表學術論文160余篇，其中以第一作者或通訊作者發表SCI論文70余篇，包括Nature、Nature Nanotechnology、IEEE Electron Device Letters等。
