副教授

個人簡介:
2009 年畢業(yè)于北京大學醫(yī)學部醫(yī)學實驗專業(yè),取得學士學位,2012年在英國曼徹斯特大學生命科學系取得博士學位。博士期間以研究蛋白-DNA 結(jié)合特異性以及細胞周期 G2/M 期的調(diào)控為主題,發(fā)現(xiàn)并且闡明了一個促癌轉(zhuǎn)錄因子FOXM1調(diào)控G2/M期的特殊機制。在完成博士研究之后,于2013年來到歐洲生物信息研究所(European Bioinformatics Institute)從事博士后工作,進行表觀遺傳學、生物信息學,以及單細胞測序方面的研究。2016年加入維康桑格研究所(Wellcome Sanger Institute)成為高級研究員。2019年加入南方科技大學生物系,任助理教授。

(1) 單細胞表觀遺傳以及轉(zhuǎn)錄組測序技術(shù)開發(fā)
(2) 基因組學數(shù)據(jù)的挖掘以及生物信息分析
(3) 以T細胞和干細胞為模型,研究轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以及染色質(zhì)復合物在控制細胞命運決定以及記憶中的作用和機制
