背景介紹
陳國安，南方科技大學醫學院副教授，研究員，博士生導師。1986年畢業于西安交通大學醫學院醫療系，1992年獲西安交通大學醫學院呼吸專業碩士學位。1999年獲協和醫科大學腫瘤學博士學位。1986至1996年其間就職于西安交通大學醫學院第二附屬醫院呼吸內科，先后任住院醫師和主治醫師。2000年至2018年在美國密歇根大學(University of Michigan)醫學院先從事腫瘤學博士后研究，以后歷任講師，研究助理教授和研究副教授。主要研究方向是腫瘤分子生物學，功能基因組學及生物信息學。應用高通量技術如蛋白質譜，基因表達芯片，單核苷酸突變（SNP）芯片，miRNA芯片以及核苷酸二代測序等研究肺癌組織及血中蛋白，RNA(包括miRNAs, lncRNA和circRNA)，及DNA的變化并探討其在腫瘤發生發展中的作用及分子機理以及其在臨床診斷，預后判斷和治療中的價值。作為項目主持人或主要成員承擔過省,國家自然科學基金和美國國家或其他基金研究項目10余項。發表研究論文120余篇。作為第一作者或通訊作者有60余篇，作為第一作者的單篇論文最高引用超過千次，論文總引1萬余次，h-index 57, i10-index 93(Google scholar 2025.01.01)。
