Research Interests

Bio-based biodegradable materials;

Hydrogel foam materials and their industrial production and applications;

Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and its nanocomposites electrospun membranes for piezoelectric energy harvesting applications.

October 2012-June 2016, Brunel University London, PhD, research interest: polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and its nanocomposites electrospun membranes for piezoelectric energy harvesting applications.

 

Working Experiences  

February 2023-current, Research Assistant Professor, head of Hydrogel Foam Materials Team, Southern University of Science and Technology, research interest: hydrogel foam materials and their industrial production and applications.

April 2022-January 2023, Senior Research Scholar, chief of Hydrogel Foam Materials Team,Southern University of Science and Technology, research interest: hydrogel foam materials and their industrial production and applications.

September 2019-March 2022, postdoctor, South China University of Technology, Southern University of Science and Technology, research interest: hydrogel foam materials and their industrial production and applications.

December 2016-October 2018, project manager, The International Centre for Higher Education Innovation under the auspices of UNESCO (UNESCO-ICHEI), Engaged in enterprise expansion and project works.
