Dr. Peng Chen is an associate professor at Southern University of Science and Technology. Dr. Peng Chen’s research interests include: high-performance 2D electronic devices; new-principle nanoelectronic devices; integrated circuits based on high-performance 2D electronic devices. He has published more than 40 papers on the top-rank journals, including Nature, Science and Nature Materials.
