GUO Heng
Research Assistant Professor

Heng Guo, research assistant professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering of Southern University of Science and Technology. He received the Ph.D. degree from The University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2022. His main research interests include wearable photoacoustic microscopy equipment, the miniaturized photoacoustic microscope, the exploration of photoacoustic molecular imaging, and photoacoustic imaging in clinical applications. In recent years, Dr. Guo has published nearly forty papers in high-impact SCI journals, such as Optics Letters, Optics Express, Applied Physics Letters, Advanced Functional Materials, Angewandte Chemie International Edition. He has chaired the Youth Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the General Program of Shenzhen Fundamental Research.
