Biography

Dr. Chen is currently a Research Assistant Professor at the Department of Ocean Science and Engineering, Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech). Her research interests mainly focus on organic biogeochemistry, the application of biomarkers in different environments, and the investigation on the mechanism of tetraether lipid distribution in the environment by combining interdisciplinary methods. As the first author and co-author, she published papers in SCI journals including Geochimica et Cosmochimica Acta, Chemical Geology and Organic Geochemistry.
